Tennessee Chow Chow



  1. In a large sauce pan bring water, salt, sugar, and spices to a simmer.
  2. Add vinegar and bring to a boil before adding all vegetables.
  3. Stir to coat all the vegetables, reduce heat to medium and continue cooking and stir for 5-10 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  4. Transfer to glass jars and refrigerate.
  5. Will keep for 2-3 weeks in a refrigerator. Serve with grilled bratwursts on hotdog buns topped with spicy mustard.
