SW Beer Battered Cod with Twisted Slaw/Chipotle Tartar
- 4 oz HIDDEN BAY® ALASKAN ICY BAY® IPA Cod Battered Beer Deep Fry Only Fillet Pacific 3-4 Ounce, Individually Quick Frozen
- 3 oz Cabbage Green, Shredded, Separate Carrot and Red Cabbage, Fresh
- 1 1/2 oz Dressing Chipotle Ranch, Refrigerated, Combine with coleslaw
- 1 ea BRICKFIRE BAKERY® Bun Brioche Deli 4" Frozen, Toasted
- 1/2 oz Pepper Chipotle In Adobo Sauce, Blended and added to mayo
- Deep fry the cod fillet per instructions.
- Mix the cabbage and carrot blend with the chipotle ranch dressing to make coleslaw.
- Toast the Brioche deli bun.
- Blend the chipotle pepper in adobo sauce and add to mayo.
- Place slaw on bottom portion of brioche bun, top with fish.
- Serve with chipotle mayo or top fish with a dollop of tartar sauce.
