Ingredients
- #17050 7 oz. Ground Turkey
- 1 oz. Roasted Corn and Black Beans
- 1 Tbl. Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (puréed)
- #13114 Brioche Roll
- #15422 2 slices Muenster Cheese
- 1 Tbl. Spicy Aioli
- #P7092 1 oz. Ruby Arcadian Mix
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine turkey, corn, black beans and puréed chipotle pepper. Mix and form patty
- Over medium to high heat cook burger to internal temperature of 165, top with cheese and melt.
- While burger is cooking, toast brioche roll and place on plate
- On bottom roll, place greens, add burger with a dollop of aioli sauce and top portion of roll
