
Sesame Tuna Poke with Zucchini Noodle Salad
Ingredients
- 6 ounces ahi tuna poke cubes, sashimi grade
- 1/2 ounce white sesame seeds
- 1/2 ounce green scallions, chopped
- 3 ounces sesame dressing
- 4 ounces zucchini squash spirals
Preparation
- Toss poke cubes in 1 ounce of sesame dressing, sesame seeds and scallion.
- Toss spirals in remaining dressing. Plate and top with poke cubes.
