Sausage Flight


  • 1 bratwurst Pork Beef Fully Cooked Natural Casing
  • 3 ½ ounces Polish Sausage Smoked Natural Casing
  • ¼ ounce Dijon Mustard Grained With Wine
  • 1 teaspoon Extra Hot Horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon Heavy Duty Mayonnaise
  • ¼ ounce Fresh Wild Arugula
  • 1 ounce Cornichons


  1. Cook and slice each sausage on a bias, place on a wooden board or paddle.
  2. Mix together the mayonnaise and horseradish.
  3. Garnish with horseradish mayo, mustard, cornichons, and arugula in an attractive manner.
