Salmon Poke Bowl


  • 3 Ounces Reice Long Grain Parboiled
  • 1/2 Each Avocado Hass #2 Breaker Fresh, Sliced thin
  • 1/8 Each Cilantro Bunched Fresh, Torn
  • 1/8 Ounce Onion Green Scallion Iceless Clean And Trim Fresh, Sliced on a bias
  • 4 Ounces Salmon Atlantic Fillet 8 Ounce No Bone Or Skin Center Cut Norwegian Vacuum Pack Frozen, Diced
  • 1/8 Each Cucumber English Seedless Fresh, Sliced thin
  • 1/8 Ounce Carrot Jumbo Fresh Carton, Julienne
  • 2 Tablespoons Sauce Soy
  • 1 Tablespoon Vinegar White Wine Champagne Plastic
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil Sesame Blen 8-10% Sekura
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Sesame Seed Black


  1. In a chilled bowl add in the soy sauce and vinegar. Whisk in the sesame oil and add the salmon. Cook the rice. Add the rice to a bowl and top with the cilantro, cucumber, carrots, avocado. Drain the salmon and toss with the black sesame seeds. Top the Poke Bowl with the salmon and serve.
