
Pork Rillet
Ingredients
- ¼ French Baguette, frozen and sliced at a 45° angle
- 4 ounces Frozen bagged Fully Cooked Boneless Carnitas
- 1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper, ground
- 1/8 ounce of Fresh Thyme
Preparation
- Bring the butter up to room temperature, the pork should be slightly warmer.
- Add in the butter, pepper, and thyme, stir until butter is fully incorporated.
- Place in a small jar and serve with grilled crostini's. Garnish with additional thyme sprig.
