  • ¼ French Baguette, frozen and sliced at a 45° angle
  • 4 ounces Frozen bagged Fully Cooked Boneless Carnitas
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper, ground
  • 1/8 ounce of Fresh Thyme


  1. Bring the butter up to room temperature, the pork should be slightly warmer.
  2. Add in the butter, pepper, and thyme, stir until butter is fully incorporated.
  3. Place in a small jar and serve with grilled crostini's. Garnish with additional thyme sprig.
