
Philly Cheesesteak
Ingredients
- 2 Each Egg Shell On White Large Grade Aa
- 1 Ounce Cheese Cheddar Mild Yellow
- 5 Ounces Philadelphia Steak Beef Breakapart Non Marinated
- 1/4 Ounce Giardiniera Hot
- 1 Each Baguette French Demi
- 1/2 Ounce Sauce Hollandaise
- 1/2 Teaspoon Seasoning Cajun
Preparation
- Heat up the hollandaise sauce and add in the cajun spice.
- Meanwhile scramble the eggs in a saute pan or on a flat top.
- Once cooked add the cheddar cheese on top.
- Place the eggs into the baguette.
- Heat the beef and place on top of the eggs.
- Garnish with the hot giardiniera and finish with a ladle of the cajun hollandaise sauce
