
Oktoberfest Sandwich
with Brew Pub Soup
Ingredients
- 1 ea Hoagie Bun Soft Pretzel 4 Ounce Slice
- 2 oz !INTROS!® Onion Ring Battered Beer 5/8" Thick, Bakeable Frozen
- 5 oz COBBLESTREET MARKET® Ham Carving Boneless Natural Juice Fully Cooked Refrigerated, Sliced thin
- 1/4 oz Onion Yellow Diced 1/4" Fresh
- 1/4 oz Pepper Jack Cheese Slice
- 1/2 oz Sauerkraut Shredded Fancy
- 1 Each Bratwurst Pork 5.5" 4-1 Raw Natural Casing, Original Frozen, Split
- 1/2 oz Stoneground Mustard, Deli Gluten Free
- 1 Tbsp Oil Olive 10% Blended
Preparation
- In a hot sauté pan, add the oil and onion, cook for 5 minutes then add the sauerkraut. Caramelized a little and remove from heat.
- Deep fry the onion rings and set aside.
- Split the bratwurst in half and then grill on both sides. Heat up the ham and melt the cheese on top. Add the ham and cheese to the bun and slather with the stone ground mustard. Add the bratwurst, the sauerkraut mixture and the onion rings.
