Lemony Arugula Salad
- 3 ounces arugula lemony sorrel leaves organic
- 1/2 ounce beet sliced medium fancy 2-2.5"
- 1/4 each grapefruit red ruby fancy fresh, segments only
- 1/4 each lemon choice 140 size fresh, segments only
- 1/4 ounce VILLA FRIZZONI® cheese Feta crumble dry pack, refrigerated
- 1/8 ounce onion red jumbo US #1 fresh, sliced thin
- 1 ounce mushroom exotic wild blend crimini shiitake oyster, sautéed
- 1/2 ounce CULINARY SECRETS® Dressing Greek Athena Feta
- Toss the lemon arugula with the dressing and arrange on a plate or bowl. Top off with remaining ingredients.
