Grilled Shrimp Taco


  • 5 Ounces Shrimp White Raw Peeled And Deveined 16-20 Tail On Individually Quick Frozen
  • 1/2 Each Avocado Hass Ripe Ready To Eat Fresh, peeled and diced
  • 2 Ounces Onion Red Fresh
  • 2 Ounces Orange Segments Fresh
  • 3 Ounces Cheese Blend White Cheddar And Monterey Jack 50/50 Fancy Shdredded Refrigerated
  • 1/3 Ounce Seasoning Citrus Grill
  • 3 Ounces Oil Olive Extra Virgin Polyethylene Terephthalate
  • 2 Ounces Dressing Randch Buttermilk Refigerated
  • 2 Each Tortilla Flour White 6" Pressed


  1. Remove tail from shrimp, split lengthwise and toss into a bowl. Add olive oil and grill seasoning. Toss and refirgerate for 15 minutes. Heat a saute pan over medium to high heat. Add shrimp and marinade. Saute for about 3 minutes. Heat tortillas and place on plate. Sprinkle with shdredded cheese. Using tongs, remove shrimp and toss in a bowl with onion, avocado and orange segmentes. Toss and divide evenly between 2 tortillas. Drizzle with Ranch dressing.
