
Grilled Mahi over Mediterranean Bean Salad
Ingredients
- 1 Each Wild Caught Mai, grilled
- 2 Ounces Tomato Cherry Us #1 Grade Good Delivery Standards Pint A Size Red Fresh, halved
- 1 Ounce Onion Red Fresh, diced
- 3 Ounces Bean Kidney White
- 1 Ounce Dressing Italian Golden Tuscan
- 1/2 Ounce Glaze Balsamic
- 1/8 Ounce Microgreens Shiso Green Refrigerated
Preparation
- In a bowl combine white beans, tomatoes, red onion and toss with vinaigrette. Place in refrigerator. Season and grill Mai. Place chilled salad in center of plate and top with fish. Decorate rim of plate with balsamic glaze. Top fish with micro greens.
