Cuban Sandwich


  • 1 8” Hoagie Roll
  • 3 ounces Hardwood Smoked Extra Lean Boneless Ham
  • 7 ounces Boneless Center-cut Pork Loin
  • 32 ounces Mojo Cilantro & Lime Marinade Criollo
  • 1 ounce Swiss cheese, sliced
  • ½ ounce Yellow Mustard
  • 1 ounce Hamburger Sliced Dill Pickles


  1. Marinate the pork loin in the Mojo seasoning for 24 hours before cooking.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 350° and place pork loin in a pan on oven rack and cook for 30-45 minutes, cool and slice.
  3. Butter bun and place on flat top grill.
  4. Spread mustard on bun, layer with sliced ham and pork.
  5. Place on flat top and press until toasted.
