Ingredients
- 1 Plain Square Flatbread
Goat Cheese Béchamel
- 2 pounds Goat Cheese, crumbled
- ¾ Heavy Cream
- 1 tablespoon Garlic And Pepper Steak Seasoning
- 5 ounces Hot Chorizo Sausage
- 1/8 ounce Chili Serrano Pepper
Cilantro Oil
- 2 cups Extra Virgin Canola Oil / Olive Oil Blend
- ¼ pound Cilantro
- 5 Whole Garlic, peeled
- 3 ounces Chili Serrano Pepper, split
Preparation
- On flat bread spread about 2 ounces of the goat cheese béchamel, then layer the chorizo, Serrano peppers, and a pinch of green onion.
- Place in oven and bake until bubbly on top.
- Drizzle with oil and serve.
