
Chorizo Burger with Garlic Shrimp
Ingredients
- 5 oz Ground Beef Bulk 80/20 Choice Raw
- 3 oz Sausage Chorizo, Hot Bulk
- 3 oz Shrimp, Black Tiger, Raw Peeled And Deveined 21-25 No Tail Individually Quick Frozen
- 1½ oz Queso Fresco Cheese, Whole
- 1 ea Brickfire Bakery® Bun Kaiser Corn Dusted, 4.5" Slice
- 1/3 oz Garlic Chopped In Water Refrigerated
- 1 oz Oil Canola 90% Olive 10%
Smoked Paprika Aioli
- 4 oz Mayonnaise Extra Heavy Duty Creamy
- 1 oz Tomato Paste
- ½ oz Smoked Paprika, Ground
- ½ oz Yellow Mustard, Salad Prepared
- 1 ea Lime
Preparation
- Ball Beef and Chorizo together and form. Cook to temp. While cooking saute shrimp in oil and garlic.
- Reserve.
- Toast bun, place shrimp on burger and add Queso and melt. Top with drizzle of Paprika Aioli
