
Chili Lime Corn Fritters with Cotija Cheese
Ingredients
- 6 oz !INTROS! battered corn nuggets
- 1/4 lb unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro
- 2 tsp chile paste
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp cotija cheese
Preparation
- Place nuggets in fryer and cook for about 2 minutes. In medium mixing bowl, combine the butter, the juice of the 1 lime, cilantro, chile paste, and cumin. Add nuggets and toss. Top with grated Cotija cheese.
