Chicken Bun Bao
- 1 Each Bun Bao Steamed Lotus Leaf Bun
- 2 Ounces Chicken Steak Philadelphia Breakaprt Marinated
- 1/8 Ounce Onion Green Scallion Iceless Clean And Trim Fresh, Sliced thin
- 1/8 Each Cucumber English Seedless Fresh, Sliced thin
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Whole Peeled
- 1/8 Teaspoon Pepper Red Crushed
- 1/2 Tablespoon Vinegar Red Wine
- 1/2 Teaspoon Sugar Beet Granulated Extra Fine
- Steam the bun for approximately 5 minutes or until soft.
- Add the chicken on to a flat top and cook.
- Place the chicken inside the bun.
- Meanwhile mix all the other ingredients together and top the chicken off with the cucumber salad.
