Brussel Sprout & Bacon Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussel Sprouts, halved
  • ½ pound Applewood Smoked Bacon
  • ½ cup Italian Dressing

Preparation

  1. Steam brussel sprouts until tender, but still slightly crunchy.
  2. Thread halves onto skewers, alternating with winding bacon so that each is wrapped with bacon.
  3. Drizzle with Italian dressing completely coating the skewers.
  4. Grill until bacon is crisp and sprouts are charred, serve with house-made dipping sauces.
