Beef & Bleu "Philly" Sandwich
- 6 oz sliced roast beef
- 1 oz onions sliced
- 2 oz crimini mushrooms sliced
- 1 oz Crumbled bleu cheese
- 1 oz mayo
- ½ tsp truffle oil
- Hoagie bun
- Sautee mushrooms and onions until cooked through in butter.
- Add roast beef and heat through.
- Toast bun.
- Mix mayo with truffle oil and shmear on both sides of bun.
- Add beef, mushroom, onion mix.
