Walking Breakfast

Breakfast can be enjoyed any time of day. Now, breakfast can also be enjoyed anywhere.

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. CCP: Fry diced potatoes on a heated pan or flat top grill until potatoes are brown and have reached a minimum internal temperature of 135°F.
  2. CCP: Scramble eggs and cook until a minimum internal temperature of 145°F has been reached.
  3. Steam vegetables according to package directions.
  4. Layer one cup of fried potatoes, #8 scoop of scrambled eggs, and 3 oz spoodle of mixed vegetables in each bowl. Top with with shredded cheddar (RFS# 71240) or pepper-jack cheese (RFS# 70926) and serve with Cholula® sauce as desired.
