Villa Frizzoni Roasted Red Pepper Cheese Tortellini Salad

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Cook cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with ice cold water. Drain completely and place in mixing bowl and toss with the peas and extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Coat mixture with dressing to taste. Cover and refrigerate several hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Before serving, toss with reserved dressing.
