Villa Frizzoni Roasted Red Pepper Cheese Tortellini Salad
- 24 oz. Villa Frizzoni Cheese Tortellini 65066
- 1 (16oz.) pkg. Bountiful Harvest Frozen Peas 61195
- 1 (16oz.) bottle Roasted Red Pepper salad dressing (¼ cup reserved)
- 1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Cook cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with ice cold water. Drain completely and place in mixing bowl and toss with the peas and extra virgin olive oil.
- Coat mixture with dressing to taste. Cover and refrigerate several hours, preferably overnight.
- Before serving, toss with reserved dressing.
