
Tuna Tiradito
Ingredients
- 12 oz Ahi Tuna, sushi grade raw
- 6 oz Roasted Fuji Apple, pureed
- 8 oz Avocado pulp (San Pablo)
- Serrano Peppers, shaved paper thin
- .5 oz Black sesame seeds
- 6 oz Yuzu Juice
- .5 oz Chili Oil garnish optional
Preparation
- Place 1 oz of Yuzu juice on bottom of plate.
- Then, place 3 dollops of avocado pulp on the plate.
- Top with a .6 oz slice of tur sesame seeds and several drops of chili oil.
- Serve.
