
Tuna Avocado Tartare
Ingredients
- 2 oz Oriental Sesame Dressing
- 2 oz Red Onion, 3/8" diced
- 1/2 oz Whole Sesame Seed White, toasted
- 1 ea Lime, juiced
- 1/4 oz Cilantro, chopped
- 1 ea Scallion, chopped
- 4 oz Hidden Bay® Ahi Tuna Poke Cubes
Preparation
- In a bowl combine tuna cubes, green onions, sesame seeds and sesame dressing. Toss and place in refrigerator.
- Combine avocado, lime juice, cilantro and red onion. Using a 4" ring mold or cutter, mold avocado mixture.
- Then top with tuna tartare in center of plate.
