Truffle Blue Cheese Pizza with Traditional Crust

- 1 oz EVOO
- 1 oz black truffle paste
- 4 oz roasted crimini mushrooms
- 2 oz chopped dried figs
- 4 oz mozzarella and jack cheese
- 2 oz gorgonzola dolce
- 2 oz truffled gouda
- 1 oz black truffle oil
- 12 oz Rich's® Artisan Doug Ball
- Liliac spinach or microgreens
- Stretch dough into a 12-inch round and coat with black truffle paste, roasted mushroom and chopped dried figs. Bake at 500 F for four minutes.
- Remove from oven and add both cheeses, cook an additional two minutes.
- Remove from oven and finish with lilac spinach and drizzle with black truffle oil.
