INGREDIENTS
- 1 Brioche bun
- 4 oz Lean ground beef
- 4 oz Lean ground pork
- 2 oz Goat cheese, sliced
- ¼ Whole medium yellow onion, sliced
- 3 oz Green Anaheim pepper strips
- ½ Ripe avocado, sliced
- ½ Roma tomato, sliced
- 2 leaves Bibb lettuce
- 1 Tbsp Chili powder
- ½ Tbsp Ground cumin
- 3 oz Red wine vinegar
- ¼ oz Chipotle peppers (your heat preference)
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
- In a mixing bowl, mix ground beef and ground pork together with chili powder, cumin and red wine vinegar. Pat and set aside. In a skillet, medium heat, add butter and onions, chipotle peppers and sauté for 6-7 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside.
- Grill and season burger patty to your temperature preference. Then top patty with goat cheese, caramelized onions and Anaheim peppers. Finish with Bibb lettuce, tomatoes and Avocado slices.
