Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz Brown Gravy Mix
  • 6 oz Seasoned Potato Wedge
  • 1/8 oz Northwoods Seasoning Steak Dust
  • 4 oz Cheese Curd, Breaded Bites, Cheddar Yellow Natural
  • 1 oz Green Scallions

Preparation

  1. Follow the gravy mix package directions to make the gravy.
  2. Deep fry the potato wedges and dust with Northwoods seasoning.
  3. Spoon on the gravy.
  4. Deep fry the cheese curds until golden and place on top of the gravy.
  5. Garnish with chopped scallions.
