Steak Wedge Poutine
- 1/2 oz Brown Gravy Mix
- 6 oz Seasoned Potato Wedge
- 1/8 oz Northwoods Seasoning Steak Dust
- 4 oz Cheese Curd, Breaded Bites, Cheddar Yellow Natural
- 1 oz Green Scallions
- Follow the gravy mix package directions to make the gravy.
- Deep fry the potato wedges and dust with Northwoods seasoning.
- Spoon on the gravy.
- Deep fry the cheese curds until golden and place on top of the gravy.
- Garnish with chopped scallions.
