
Sriracha Tuna Melt with Avocado
Ingredients
- 1 Each Croissant Closed Butter Baked
- 4 Ounces Tuna Chunk White Albacore In Water
- 1 Ounce Mayonnaise Heavy Duty
- 1/2 Ounce Sauce Chili Hot Sriracha
- 1/2 Ounce Glaze Teriyaki Baste
- 1/8 Ounce Sesame Seed Whole Hulled White
- 1/2 Ounce Onion Red Jumbo
- 1 1/2 Ounces Cheese Monterey Jack
- 1/4 Each Cucumber Englsih Seedless
- 1/4 Ounce Avocado Halves
Preparation
- Slightly toast the croissant
- pat dry the tuna and add the mayo, chopped onion sriracha, teriyaki, and sesame sees
- with a mandolin julienne the cucumber with skin on
- place the tuna on both pieces of the croissant and cover with the jack cheese
- warm in a 375 degree oven for 5 minutes
- then place on plate open faced
- with a dash of sriracha toss the cucumner noodle and place on top of both pieces
- lay thinly sliced avocado on top
