Southern Style Turkey Sandwich
- 1 ea BRICKFIRE BAKERY® Southern Style Biscuit, sliced and grilled
- 6 oz COBBLESTREET MARKET® Hard carved Roasted Turkey Breast
- 2 oz COBBLESTREET MARKET® Potato Bacon Soup (this will be our "gravy")
- 1 tsp Fresh Sage, chopped
- Cook turkey to an internal temperature of 165°F. Allow to rest. Heat the soup in a sauce pan and add sage.
- Place grilled biscuit on serving plate. Top with fresh roasted, hand carved turkey.
- Top with "gravy".
