Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine turkey, corn, black beans and puréed chipotle pepper. Mix and form patty
  2. Over medium to high heat cook burger to internal temperature of 165, top with cheese and melt.
  3. While burger is cooking, toast brioche roll and place on plate
  4. On bottom roll, place greens, add burger with a dollop of aioli sauce and top portion of roll
