Short Rib Bites with Horseradish Cream

Prepare the Prairie Creek® short ribs according to the cooking instructions on the label. After heated, drain the juice from the Prairie Creek® short ribs. Cut the Prairie Creek® short ribs into one inch cubes. Saute the Prairie Creek® short ribs in two table spoons of melted butter and one teaspoon of fresh ground pepper over medium high until the butter in browned. Make sure the Prairie Creek® short ribs are well coated.
- 2 tablespoons of freshly grated horseradish
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Blend all of the ingredients together.
Serve with Prairie Creek® short rib bites.
