Seared Ahi Tuna Sliders with Wasabi Aioli


  • 1 pkg HIDDEN BAY® Seared & Sliced Ahi Tuna, thawed
  • ½ C Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Wasabi Powder
  • 1 tsp Water
  • 1 tsp Mirin
  • 1 C Slaw Mix
  • 4 Mini Brioche Buns
  • Black & Sesame Seeds, for garnish


  1. In a small bowl, combine the wasabi powder and water and mix into a paste. Then add the mayonnaise and mirin to the bowl, and stir until fully combined.
  2. To assemble the sliders, split each of the mini brioche buns in half, and spread the bottom half of each bun with the wasabi mayonnaise. Then, place a small handful of slaw mix atop the wasabi mayonnaise, followed by 2 slices of seared ahi tuna. With the sliders still open-faced, sprinkle the sesame seeds atop each one, then top with the other half of the bun and serve
