Seared Ahi Tuna Kimchi Rolls
- 1 pkg HIDDEN BAY® Seared & Sliced Ahi Tuna, thawed
- ½ C Kimchi
- ½ C Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Wasabi Powder
- 1 tsp Water
- 1 tsp Mirin
- 1 C Wakame Seaweed Salad
- Toasted Tori, for garnish
- Black & White Sesame Seeds, for garnish
- In a small bowl, combine the wasabi powder and water, and mix into a paste. Then add the mayonnaise and mirin to the bowl, and stir until fully combined.
- To assemble , place a small amount of kimchi on 1 slice of seared ahi tuna and roll the tuna around it. Secure with a pick.
- To plate, place the roll atop a small bed of seaweed salad and drizzle with wasabi aioli.
- Garnish with black and white sesame seeds.
