Sautéed Onion Spuds


  • 3 c Bountiful Harvest® diced potatoes (RFS# 10854)
  • 1 ½ c Good Roots® yellow onion, sliced (RFS #13626)
  • 2 Tbsp Silverbrook® butter (RFS# 13618, 13614)


  1. CCP: Heat potatoes until a minimum internal temperature of 135°F has been reached, then mash.
  2. CCP: Sauté sliced onions in butter until soft and a minimum internal temperature of 135°F has been reached.
  3. Fold the sautéed onions into the mashed potatoes.
  4. Top entree with ½ c sautéed onion mashed potatoes.
