
Sautéed Onion Spuds
Ingredients
- 3 c Bountiful Harvest® diced potatoes (RFS# 10854)
- 1 ½ c Good Roots® yellow onion, sliced (RFS #13626)
- 2 Tbsp Silverbrook® butter (RFS# 13618, 13614)
Preparation
- CCP: Heat potatoes until a minimum internal temperature of 135°F has been reached, then mash.
- CCP: Sauté sliced onions in butter until soft and a minimum internal temperature of 135°F has been reached.
- Fold the sautéed onions into the mashed potatoes.
- Top entree with ½ c sautéed onion mashed potatoes.
