Ingredients
- 1 bratwurst Pork Beef Fully Cooked Natural Casing
- 3 ½ ounces Polish Sausage Smoked Natural Casing
- ¼ ounce Dijon Mustard Grained With Wine
- 1 teaspoon Extra Hot Horseradish
- 1 tablespoon Heavy Duty Mayonnaise
- ¼ ounce Fresh Wild Arugula
- 1 ounce Cornichons
Preparation
- Cook and slice each sausage on a bias, place on a wooden board or paddle.
- Mix together the mayonnaise and horseradish.
- Garnish with horseradish mayo, mustard, cornichons, and arugula in an attractive manner.
