- 8 ea Chicken Wings
- 1 Tbsp Sambal Oelek Sauce
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1/4 oz Honey Extra Light Amber
- Fry wings for a minimum of 8 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165° F.
- In mixing bowl add the lime juice, sambal olek and honey and stir together. When wings are, pull out and toss in, and coat.
