Salted Caramel Ice Cream Sauce
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 ounces bourbon
- 3/4 cup vanilla ice cream, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- Melt butter in a saucepan. Add bourbon and brown sugar and bring to a soft boil for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add the melted ice cream and stir continuously until desired consistency.
