Roasted Mushroom Toast


  • 8 oz Mushroom Crimini Fresh, Cleaned
  • 1 oz Chives Fresh, Chopped
  • 1 oz Extra Virgin Oil Olive
  • 1 oz Sour Cream
  • 1/8 oz Sea Salt, Fine
  • 1/8 oz Black Pepper, Cracked
  • 1 Ea French Baguette, Baked, sliced on the bias
  • 1/4 oz Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 oz Blue Cheese Crumble


  1. In a bowl toss mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, chives and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. In a preheated 400°F oven, place mushrooms on a sheet pan and roast for about 15 minutes. Make sure to stir every couple of minutes to thoroughly roast. Remove and place in a bowl. Add sour cream. Spoon mixture over toasted baguette, garnish with crumbled blue cheese.
