Roasted Herb and Garlic Butter Swordfish

Ingredients

  • 1 Swordfish Filet (RFS # 16184)
  • 1 lb. unsalted soft butter
  • 1 oz. each of chopped fresh parsley, tarragon, rosemary, thyme, mint and garlic.

Preparation

  1. Blend butter, garlic and herbs in food processor and form into a log shape using parchment and cling wrap and freeze.
  2. Cut disk from frozen butter and place on top of fish filet.
  3. Bake in oven at 350° for 5-7 minutes or until done.
