Roasted Buffalo Brussels Sprouts with Blue Cheese

- 1/2 oz. Sliced Shallot
- 8 oz. Brussels Sprouts
- 2 oz. Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 2 oz. Blue Cheese
- Roast the Brussels Sprouts for 15 minutes with the sliced shallot at 400 degrees
- Toss with the Buffalo Wing Sauce and top with the Blue Cheese
- Brulee in the broiler for 2 minutes to finish.
