
Red Dragon Bacon Grilled Cheese

Crispy Bacon, Red Dragon Whole Grain Mustard Cheese and Gruyere with Fig Jam on Brioche
Serve with Blackened Spice Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Red Dragon Cheese
- 4 oz. Swiss Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Mustard, Dijon, Maille, Whole Grain, 1 X 8.6 # Jar
- 1 Tbsp Fig Jam
- 2 slices Brioche Bread
- 1/4 lb. bacon, cooked crispy
Preparation
- Spread 1 side of the brioche with mustard and one side of the other slice with the whole grain mustard. Place Red dragon cheese on one side and the swiss on the other, then sandwich the bacon in the middle and griddle sandwich until golden brown on both sides, slice in half to serve.
