Quick Smoky Pickled Radish

Ingredients

  •  1 bunch radish
  • ¾ cup white wine vinegar
  • ¾ cup water
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp r ed pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp whole mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Preparation

  1. Clean and trim radishes and slice thinly in a mandolin. Prepare all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Place radish in brine and let sit in refrigerator for at least one hour.
