- 8 oz Seasoned Potato Wedge
- 4 oz Pizza Sauce, Fully Prepared
- 1/2 oz Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- 3 oz Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
- Cook wedges in 350°F fryer. Remove and toss in parm cheese. Place in pizza pan; top with sauce and cheese.
- Bake until cheese is melted.
