Philly Cheesesteak Pizza



  • 24 (4 oz.) Prairie Creek® Marinated Prime Sirloin
  • 1/2 cup Villa Frizzoni® olive oil
  • 2 1/2 oz. garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. black pepper
  • 24 unbaked 8 inch pizza crusts
  • 3 lbs. Villa Frizzoni® Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 3 lbs. Villa Frizzoni® mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Sliced pickled cherry peppers, to taste

Sautéed Onions & Peppers

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 lbs. 4 oz. sliced onions
  • 4 lbs. 4 oz. sliced red and green bell peppers
  • 1 cup fresh oregano leaves, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. pepper


  1. In pan, heat 1 tsp. oil until hot. Add 1 portion Prairie Creek® Marinated Prime Sirloin; cook until bottom is browned. Turn over.
  2. When beef begins to soften, add 1 tsp. garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Break up beef with spatula, stirring to cook evenly. Cook until some pink remains; remove from heat.
  3. Sprinkle 2 oz. Villa Frizzoni® Monterey Jack cheese and 2 oz. Villa Frizzoni® mozzarella cheese over crust. Top with beef and 1 cup sautéed onion and pepper mix.
  4. Bake in 500˚F oven for 10-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
  5. Garnish with cherry peppers, as desired.
