
Peruvian Chicken Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 jalapeño pepper, lightly chopped
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1 tbsp Aji Amarillo paste
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- ½ lime, juiced
- ½ cup mayo
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1½ tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
Preparation
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender. Pulse to incorporate. While blender is running, drizzle in olive oil. Scrape from blender and refrigerate.
