
Open-Face Corned Beef & Eggs
Ingredients
- 2 Each Bread Reuben Marble Rye
- 1 Ounce Butter Solid Grade Aa Unsalted Sweet Cream
- 2 Ounces Dressing Thousand Island
- 2 Ounces Cheese Swiss
- 5 Ounces Corned Beef Bottom Round Select
- 4 Ounces Potato Diced Fancy
- 2 Each Egg Shell On White Large Grade A
Preparation
- Preheat griddle or skillet to medium high
- Cook, season, then brown potatoes and set to the side
- Heat up corned beef, then set aside
- Toast the rye bread, the place on plate, top with thousand island dressing, and swiss cheese
- Top with corned beef slices, and potatoes, then top with fried eggs
