
Napa Wasabi Turkey Tacos
Ingredients
FOR NAPA CABBAGE SLAW
- 3 C Napa Cabbage, Shredded
- 2 ea Green Onion, Sliced
- 1/2 ea Red Pepper, Diced
- 4 oz Carrots, Shredded
FOR WASABI-GINGER DRESSING
- 2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 4 tsp Canola or Light Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Wasabi Powder
- 2 tsp Shallot or Onion, Minced
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1-2 tsp Sesame Oil
- 2 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Ginger Root, Minced
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 lb COBBLESTREET MKT.™ All Natural Oil Browned Turkey Breast, Shredded
- 8 ea Flour Tortillas, Warmed
Preparation
- Combine all slaw vegetables in a small bowl.
- Whisk dressing in a small bowl.
- Add slaw vegetables to dressing; toss to coat.
- In a medium sauté pan over medium-high heat, add oil.
- Place turkey in pan and cook for 2-3 minutes or until turkey is heated through.
- Place turkey and slaw on warm tortillas and serve.
