Mother’s Day: Cucumberton
- 2 drops 18% saline solution
- 2 oz cucumber-and-dill infused Plymouth gin
- 1 oz dry vermouth
- 1/2 oz Cocchi Americano
- 1/4 oz thyme-infused Cointreau
- 2 dashes fragrant bitters
- Shake all ingredients together and pour into a frozen glass. Garnish by floating a thin cucumber slice on top.
