
Mother’s Day: Cucumberton

Ingredients
- 2 drops 18% saline solution
- 2 oz cucumber-and-dill infused Plymouth gin
- 1 oz dry vermouth
- 1/2 oz Cocchi Americano
- 1/4 oz thyme-infused Cointreau
- 2 dashes fragrant bitters
Preparation
- Shake all ingredients together and pour into a frozen glass. Garnish by floating a thin cucumber slice on top.
- A whimsical play on the classic dry martini cocktail, the Cucumberton has beautiful light notes of early spring garden vegetables.
