Mole Verde



  1. Cut up the tomatillos and place in a sauce pan.
  2. Turn on medium high heat and cook for approximately 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add 2 cups of water and the chicken base.
  4. Cook for another 5 minutes or until the tomatillos are tender.
  5. Add the tomatillos and chicken stock to a blender.
  6. Add the rest of the ingredients and puree. Season with salt.
  7. Serve over any pork or poultry dish.
